Why should I choose a blend over individual supplements?

What makes your Magnesium better than alternatives?
Many brands use Magnesium Oxide, which has poor absorption and often causes digestive upset. We use a premium blend of Magnesium Bisglycinate and Citrate. These chelated forms are highly bioavailable, meaning they reach your muscles and nervous system faster without the laxative effect.
Will Creatine make me look "bulky"?
No. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements in the world. It works by increasing ATP (energy) recycling in your cells. While it helps with muscle power and cellular hydration (making muscles look fuller), it is also highly effective for cognitive health and brain bioenergetics.
Usage & protocol
When is the best time to take my All In blend?
Consistency is the most important factor for saturation. However, because it contains fat-soluble vitamins and energy-supporting B-Vitamins, we recommend taking it daily around 30 minutes to 1 hour after any meal that contains some healthy fats (like eggs, olive oil or avocado) to ensure maximum absorption.
How long until I feel the results?
Nutrient levels stabilise at different rates. While you may feel the hydration and energy benefits of the electrolytes and B-Vitamins within the first week, it typically takes 30 days of consistent use to fully saturate your creatine stores and balance your Vitamin D levels.
Can I take All In One if I’m already taking a multivitamin?
Our formula is a high-dose, comprehensive foundation. Because it contains 4000iu of Vitamin D3 and a full B-complex, we suggest checking the dosages of your other supplements to avoid unnecessary overlap. If in doubt, consult your healthcare professional.

Is the blend Vegan and Allergen-free?
Yes. Our formula is 100% Vegan and is free from common allergens. It contains no artificial colours, synthetic fillers or added sugars.
Where is All In Blends manufactured?
We are proud to be a British company. Our products are manufactured right here in the UK to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, ensuring that what is on the label is exactly what is in the pouch.
Why is there a slight sediment at the bottom of my glass?
Because we use natural flavourings and no synthetic emulsifiers, some of the heavier minerals and creatine may settle if left for a while. Simply give your drink a quick stir or shake if you are sipping it slowly!

What are your shipping times?
We offer Standard UK Shipping (2-4 business days). Costs are calculated at checkout. For our current Pre-Order phase, please note that deliveries are scheduled to commence the week of 16/02/26.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
Are my payments secure and which methods do you accept through Mollie?
Absolutely. We process all our transactions through Mollie, one of Europe's most trusted and secure payment providers. Through their encrypted gateway, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay.
How does the 'PICKUP' code work?
If you are local and have arranged a collection via Kerry or Saed, enter the code 'PICKUP' at checkout. This will remove the shipping fee. We will then contact you via email or text to coordinate your collection time.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your blend. You can return any unopened and sealed pouch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products where the security seal has been broken.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in our packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and contact us at info@allinblends.uk or through our website. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
